Dali Inspiration

As part of our art lesson, the kids were introduced to Salvador Dali. I knew the colors and the angles would grab I's attention. He was mesmorized with the artwork in my Dali book B on the other hand was overly giggly at the silhoutted bodies. Here is Is work in completion.

  1. What a great painting! Is this something you do often with your kids? I love it!

  2. Sorry for some reason I can't comment maybe this time is a charm...I is a right brain learner which means he is drawn to artistic expression. The best form of this is through painting. Generally, he doesn't do well with blending colors usually everything turns brown. So we journeyed through artists and though we tried Monet...he did not respond well. But Dali has become his true inspiration
